Reviewed needs for Toy Auction and Show. Need help Thursday Feb. 6 at 6 for set up for auction. Consignments taken Friday Feb.7 8 - 6. Saturday, need to during auction to hold items up and after to set up for toy show. Sunday will need help to put tables and chairs away at end of show.
Added Double-tree classes back to our June Show and Pull, discussed changing speed limit in Farm Stock Classes, tabled until next meeting. Rest of classes will remain the same.

Reviewed needs for upcoming Toy Auction and Show Feb 10 & 11. Express need for help with setting up for auction on Friday Feb.9, and help during the day on the 10th and then help breaking down on the 11th. Decided to start up the Joe Ferral/Yarnell Wastler Award. Voting will occur during club June show and presentation to be done at picnic.
Reviewed toy show. Changed timelines for McComus Albaugh/”Goose” Eaves Memorial Award. Donation made in memory of Jena Roop. Decision on what to put on Plaque and Button for June Show. Picnic will be August 18 at Rocky Ridge. Donation to Safety Camp. 2025 Auction and Toy Show Feb 8 and 9, set up 6, consignments on 7.
Ricky Warner confirmed as food vendor for show. Voted to not have Double-Tree classes, Farm Stock classes begin at 5pm. Information shared on May 18 Jefferson Parade. Shared David Ridgeway has passed. Aug.10 will be Howard County Tractor Pull.
Reminded of upcoming Jefferson Parade. Farm Stock Pull Rules will be same as last year. Using Key Sanitation this year at show. Another member has passed, Mrs. Boyer. Howard County Pull will have cash prizes.
Had seven scholarship applicants, committee decided to give to all seven. Show preparations are coming along, set up will be June 4th at 5:30 pm Another member passed, John Barnes. Frederick County Farm Bureau looking for tractors for the Safety Fair June 14 4-8pm.
Made final decisions on picnic meats and drinks. Decided on plaques for awards. June show made a small profit after all expenses paid. Scholarship bake auction covered scholarships awarded. Show was good, discussed changing pull classes and bringing double-tree classes back. Decided to book same food vendor.

Reviewed past shows. No news on a sled. Called for ideas for Show plaque and buttons since this is our 45th year. Reviewed needs for upcoming toy auction and show, consignments taken on Feb. 10 8-6. Confirmed picnic date for Aug.20. Pulling rules will stay the same for the 2023 June Show. Will have a lawn and garden pull on Sunday at 9 am Kevin M is coordinating this event. Decided on a budget amount can use before seeking additional club approval. Next years' dates are Toy Auction Feb.10, Show Feb.11 with consignments taken on the 9th.
